Cooked in a pressure cooker.
Soak beans overnight.
Put water ½ inch above beans and boil in pressure cooker for 4 mins.
Put the pressure weight on the lid and once hisses are over cook for 4 mins.
Temper the beans (with oil , onion and chilies)
