Cabbage curry

Finely slice the cabbage wash and strain
Add salt (2 spoons ) and mix
Add chili powder,
Fenugreek
Turmeric,
Curry leaves,
onion and
sliced green chilies
Mix thoroughly
Heat some oil in a pan fry onions add the above mixture and mix with the hot oil
Add a bit of water (1/4 cup)
Close the lid and simmer for 10 minutes (until well boiled)
When the water is evaporated add coconut milk (2 spoons dissolved in 1 cup of hot water)
Add maldive fish
