1 TABLESPOONFUL OF GROUNDED PEPER
CURRY LEAVES,LIME JUICE AND SALT,
2 EGGS
250 GRAMS OF BREAD CRUST

METHOD OF PREPERATION:
FIRST PREPARE THE CUTLET MIXTURE.FOR THIS PURPOSE HEAT 2 SPOONFUL OF OIL IN A POT.ADD ONIONS,CURRY LEAVES TILL THEIR COLOUR TURNS INTO GOLDEN COLOUR
THEREAFTER ADD GREENCHILLIES,CHILLIE POWDER,GROUNDED PEPER,SALT
THEN ADD THE SALMON AND POTATOES
NOW TAKE THE POT OFF THE HEAT AND THEM ADD LIME JUICE
THERAFTER ,TAKE THE BOILED EGGS AND CUT EACH INTO TWO PIECES;REMOVE THE YORK AND FILL THE CAVITIES OF THE EGG PIECES WITH THE CUTLET MIXTURE PREPARED ALREADY;NOW PLACE THE TWO PIECES OF EACH EGG TOGETHER AND APPLY SOME EGG WHITE OVER IT AND THEN APPLY BED CRUST ON THE SURFACE AND FRY THE EGGS IN OIL.
