salmon tin 01
potatoes 03
one big onion 01
green chillies 06
garlic 03
ginger small piece 01
lime 01
chillies 1/2 half table spoon
peper 01 tea spoon
flour 1/2 a cup
biscuit crust

How to make
When you open the salmon can ,the juice should de drained off.If not the cutlet will become too soft and juicy
boil potatoes well and peelout the skin.
mix potatoes well with salmon.
then add salt, peper, chillies and lime.mix all well.
cut green chillies & onions into very small pieces.crush ginger and garlic well.
boil some oil in a pan.when the oil is boiling add garlic,ginger,green chillies & onions.when they become brown in colour add the mixture salmon & potatoes & cook well.
thereafter leave the mixture to get cold.after 10 minutes make some cutlets with the mixture.

Batter
add water to a 1/2 cup of flour and make a thick batter.put the cutlets into the batter and add biscuit crust.boil some oil and fry the cutlets.
