INGRIDIENTS:
6 EGGS
50 GRAMS BUTTER
2 TABLE SPOONS OF MILK

METHOD OF PREPARATION:

BEAT THE EGGS WELL
.HEAT THE BUTTER WELL IN A POT
REDUCE THE HEAT AND ADD THE EGGS AND COOK .MIX WELL WITH A SPOON.
WHEN IT BECOMES THICK AND TAKE IT OFF FROM THE HEAT AND THEREAFTER ADD MILK OR CREAM
TOAST SOME BREAD AND SPREAD SOME BUTTER ON THEM AND THEN GARNISH THEM WITH THE ABOVE MIXTURE WHICH HAS ALREADY BEEN PREPARED.
